Hanna Hakio, Founder & Manager
Hanna Hakio is a Founder and Manager at Marketigation. She has a vast background in helping small companies to large corporations achieve business success in North America, Europe, and Australia. Hanna is a holder of a degree in Management and Marketing, as well as a science degree in International Business and Economics. Furthermore, she is a holder of a Masters Certificate in social media marketing, and she’s also a Google certified Search marketing specialist. Being an experienced, international marketing professional, Hanna has marketing experience from three continents – from hands on marketing to strategic planning. Peers and clients describe Hanna as a confident, fair, and modern leader. When Hanna takes a break from marketing, you’ll see her doing sports, or enjoying food or nature.
Katie Ehly, Marketing Coordinator
Katie started her working life in hospitality, eventually becoming a restaurant manager for a hotel. She grew her position to become an events and functions manager, turning the venue into one of the biggest function spaces in Cairns. After moving to Townsville, Katie started a new career in real estate, which began her on her journey in marketing. After getting connected to Hanna, Katie came on board as a Marketing Assistant. Katie takes particular interest in visual and graphic design, as she loves being able to get creative! In her free time, Katie can be found Latin dancing, playing piano and playing with her dog.

Lisa moved to Townsville from Brisbane, where she worked in diverse marketing roles within the tourism industry, including roles at the local government, Tourism & Events QLD and Riverlife, a Brisbane-based tourism and events operator. Lisa's expertise covers social media marketing and meta ads, web content writing and design, SEO and graphic design.

Miia Hakio is an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager at Marketigation, whose ambition is to help businesses build their brand and improve their visibility online. Driven by her determination, motivation and love for what she does, Miia takes pride in providing quality social media marketing strategy and advice and has a proven record of going above and beyond for her clients. Miia brings over 20 years’ experience to her role as Marketing Manager, with an incredible passion for learning and creating new things. Miia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Management, a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, as well as a post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management and Services. Furthermore, she is also experienced in marketing and business. Miia has become an integral part of the digital marketing team, handling new business in Finland, as well as assisting with the coordination of projects in Australia. In her spare time, Miia enjoys reading, dancing, cooking and drinking quality wines.
